The KDM-55 OS is a 5.5″ offset model from Kasho’s Design Master Series, delivering Kasho’s craftsmanship in an ergonomic, value-driven design. Its offset handle promotes a natural hand position, reducing strain and enhancing comfort during extended cutting sessions.

Forged from VG-10W steel, the semi-convex, hollow-ground blades are satin finished and finely honed, ensuring sharp, controlled performance. The raised ratchet screw with an integrated spring mechanism provides precise, consistent tension adjustment, supporting smooth cutting action with every use.
